₹1.2 crore ka budget tha, but my 3BHK in Sector 25A from Sunshine Infrawell ended up costing closer to ₹1.35 crore after everything. Just moved in last month, and honestly, the hidden costs were a shocker. Stamp duty, registration ke alawa, PLC charges and maintenance deposit ne budget hila diya. Jab deal kar rahe the, builder ne kaafi cheezein clear nahi ki thi. Mujhe laga negotiation se thoda save hoga, but Greater Noida mein builders kaafi rigid rehte hain, especially for projects near Jewar. Kya aap logon ne bhi ye experience kiya? Or koi tips hain for future buyers about spotting these 'extra' costs beforehand?

Bhai, you're not alone! Mera bhi same haal hua tha jab main Alpha I Greater Noida mein flat le raha tha. Budget tha ₹90 lakh, but builder ne last moment pe club membership, car parking, aur electrical connection charges jod diye. Ended up paying almost ₹98 lakh. Ye log starting mein sab transparent nahi batate, bas booking karwa lete hain. Sector 25A mein toh aur bhi demand hai, toh builders ka attitude aur kharab hoga.
