Sector 25A: Good investment or am I missing something?

₹1.2 crore for an office space in Sector 25A – is it worth it? I'm thinking long-term investment, but the traffic situation scares me. Heard it's a nightmare during peak hours. Office timings match toh I'm screwed, right? Plus, anyone know about waterlogging during monsoon? My parents keep saying 'commercial area hai, parking bhi issue hoga'. Ab samajh nahi aa raha kya karu. Any advice?
