Sector 25A safety is overrated for families.

Since last year, I'm hunting for a bigger 3BHK near my kids' school. Sector 25A seemed perfect initially. Good location, near office, but the reality check hit hard. My wife's priority is safety, especially at night. Everyone says 25A is safe, but honestly, I'm not convinced after visiting a few times. Felt more commercial than residential. Should I be looking elsewhere? Been seeing some resale flats, but the prices seem hiked up. Is it worth the premium for a supposedly 'safe' sector? Aur raat ko kitni security hai, actually? Any parents living there can give their honest opinion? Need to decide soon, school admissions are approaching!
