Sector 26 Noida: Living there, good or bad?

Sector 26 Noida mein rehna kaisa hai? What's the real deal with waterlogging during rains? Connectivity wise kaisa hai, specially metro se? I'm thinking of moving there. Is it safe for families? Anyone has experience with the parks and green spaces there? Mujhe advice chahiye!
