Sector 26 mein safety kaisi hai, off the record? I work in real estate, so I know builders paint a rosy picture, but I'm looking at buying here for my family. Specifically concerned about late night safety for women and kids. Is it really as peaceful as they claim, ya phir noisy neighbours ka issue hai? I've heard some areas have waterlogging during monsoon - Sector 26 ka kya scene hai? Drainage system sahi hai kya? Also, what about stray dogs? Civic cleanliness ka kya haal hai, honestly? I'm hearing mixed reviews. Any firsthand experiences would be helpful. Thinking of resale value in 5 years too. Is it easy to sell if needed? Hope someone can give me the real picture.
