Sector 26 water supply issues are being ignored

I'm based in Dubai and looking at Sector 26 for investment. Everyone talks about the location, but what's the real deal with water supply? Heard whispers about tanker dependency. Is it *that* bad? And what about power cuts? Need a property manager, can't do site visits myself. Change my mind.
