Sector 27: Is the peace worth the price?

Property prices in Sector 27 are high, bhai. I'm looking at a resale builder floor vs. a plot. Builder floor is easier, less hassle, but plot ka appreciation potential zyada hai, right? Also, heard water supply can be an issue sometimes. Anyone facing that? From my experience, location is prime, but is it overpriced now? Should I just rent it out eventually? What does the community think? Plot or builder floor, which one would you pick?
