Sector 27 mein rent or buy better? Confused!

I'm thinking of finally buying a place in Noida. Sector 27 seems decent. It's an older sector toh connectivity sahi hai. My parents keep saying own a home, but honestly, EMI scares me. I'm getting quoted around 30k for a 2BHK rent. But buying, loan wagera, will be double that. On the other hand, everyone says Sector 27 has good resale value. Agar kabhi sell karna pada, at least kuch toh return milega. Rent toh waste ho jayega. Ab samajh nahi aa raha what's the smarter move. What does the community think? Rent or buy in Sector 27 right now? What are your experiences?
