Sector 27's initial charm fades when you see the actual water situation. I've seen this pattern before in older sectors – municipal supply is erratic, and borewells are drying up. Tanker dependence is real, adding ₹3-5k monthly. Honestly not something brokers mention. Power cuts are another pain. While inverters help, DG backup costs extra per unit. Calculated risk, right? But adds up! My experience shows RWA maintenance is decent, but they can't fix water scarcity. Anyone else facing similar hidden costs? Or have tips to mitigate this? Should I invest in a rainwater harvesting system? Hope someone shares their experiences!
