Sector 28 Noida: Living there - worth it?

Sector 28 Noida mein rehna kaisa hai? I'm thinking of moving there. Connectivity kaisi hai, especially metro se? And safety wise, kya scene hai? Has anyone experienced any issues? Property rates are high, is it worth the investment? Mujhe advice chahiye, is it a good place to settle down?
