Sector 28 mein ek flat dekha tha, pretty decent location. But the maintenance charges are insane! Honestly, I had no idea it would be this much. They're quoting almost ₹8000 per month for a 2BHK. Is this normal? Builder toh keh raha tha 'world-class amenities' are the reason. But itna toh I wasn't expecting, ab samajh nahi aa raha. My parents keep saying to consider the long-term ROI, but EMI and maintenance mila ke toh it's a big chunk of my salary. Anyone else living in Sector 28 facing the same issue? Or is it just this particular society? What do you guys pay and is it worth it?

Sector 28 mein itna? That does sound high. Which society are you talking about? Some of the older societies have crazy maintenance costs because everything is falling apart and they need constant repairs.
Exactly! Old construction mein leakage and all ka problem toh rehta hi hai. Plus, they never factored in long-term maintenance costs initially.
