Just moved into Sector 28. Honestly, the peace is great, but the water supply is a real issue. Anyone else facing tanker dependency? Also, while it's green, finding decent delivery after 10 PM is a pain. Is this the price we pay for 'prime location'? What's everyone's experience?

So, U1, what's the plan? Are you going to stick it out and hope for the best, or are you considering moving?
So, is Sector 28 worth the hassle? I'm still on the fence. The peace is tempting, but the water issue and limited amenities are major drawbacks.
U2, depends on your priorities. If peace and quiet are your top priority, then maybe. But if you need convenience and readily available amenities, look elsewhere.
Honestly, if I knew about the water situation beforehand, I might have reconsidered. But now I'm stuck here. Hopefully, the RWA will actually do something about it soon.
Anyone know if there are any new developments planned in Sector 28 that might improve the situation? More shops, restaurants, etc.?
Last I heard, there was a plan to build a small commercial complex near the metro station. But that was just a rumor. Nothing confirmed yet.
My friend just booked a flat in Sector 150. He paid almost 8k per sqft! Insane prices these days.
8k? Bhai, that's crazy! I bought my flat in Sector 28 for half that price 5 years ago. Market has gone mad!
Has anyone explored rainwater harvesting to tackle the water issue? It's a sustainable solution, and the government offers subsidies for it.
Rainwater harvesting sounds good on paper, but it requires proper implementation and maintenance. Not sure how many societies in Sector 28 are actually doing it effectively.
Anyone know what the current circle rates are in Sector 28? Thinking of selling my property.
U11, circle rates are usually lower than market rates. Check Proptiger or Magicbricks for recent sales data to get a better idea of the market value.
Sector 28 is still a good investment in the long run. The metro connectivity is improving, and the overall infrastructure is decent. Just need to be patient with the water issue.
U13, long run? With the way property prices are rising everywhere, even Sector 150 is starting to look more attractive. At least they have better amenities there.
Metro connectivity kab tak improve hoga? Blue line is already overcrowded. They need to extend the Aqua line soon.
Aqua line extension is planned, but who knows when it will actually happen. Noida authority moves at its own pace.
U3, water tanker cost depends on usage, but expect around 3-5k per month easily. It's a big hidden cost that no one tells you about upfront.
U4 is right. And it's not just the cost, it's the hassle! Waiting for the tanker, coordinating timings...it's a pain in the neck.
Guys, have you checked with the RWA about the water issue? Maybe they have a plan to improve the supply? It's their responsibility, after all.
RWA? Bhai, they're useless. They'll just tell you 'we're working on it' and nothing happens. I complained about the streetlights being out for weeks and still nothing.
I bought in Sector 28 in 2018. The peace was amazing initially, but the increasing construction around has made it less appealing. The green cover is slowly disappearing. Anyone else feel this way?
U8, totally agree! The construction noise is unbearable sometimes. And the dust! It's everywhere.
Haan yaar, Sector 28 used to be so quiet. Now it's just another construction zone. I regret buying here sometimes.
Sector 28...peace toh hai bhai, but amenities are definitely lacking. Water issue is real. I faced it 2 years back. Had to call tankers almost every week. Is it still the same?
Totally agree yaar! Sector 28 is great for families, but after 10 PM, it's like a ghost town. Delivery options are pathetic. Is it worth the premium price tag? I'm starting to doubt it.
I'm considering moving there. Water tanker dependency? Seriously? That's a deal-breaker for me. What's the average cost per month just for water, U1?
