Sector 28's premium: my honest take

Okay I'll say what no one says, Sector 28 Noida Extension is seriously overrated for its prices. Everyone glorifies the green spaces, lekin daily commute ka kya? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 137, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK here, but traffic looks like a nightmare. Metro connectivity bhi utni smooth nahi lagti. Is the premium really worth it for just the "peaceful" vibe? Change my mind.
