Since 2018 I've been tracking property values in Noida. Sector 29 is interesting but honestly, I'm torn. I'm seeing decent resale flats available, ready to move, for around ₹1.8 crore. Rental yield is maybe 2.5%, which isn't great. On the other hand, there are some plots available, but prices are high, maybe ₹2.5 crore. The ROI there is all speculative. Traffic is another thing. Sector 29 gets jammed during peak hours, right? And what about the waterlogging during monsoon? Some areas get really bad, I've heard. Which is the smarter play, considering both the potential for appreciation and the actual living experience? What would you pick if you were in my position? Vote below!
