Sector 29? It's prime location, but safety ka issue toh hai. I've heard stories. Depends on which part of the sector, really. Investment-wise, it's always been solid, but crime is a concern.

Bhai, Sector 29 is mostly commercial and institutional. Residential options kam hai. Are you sure you're not thinking of Sector 30 or 40?
Investment potential is good because of the metro connectivity and proximity to DND. But property prices are already high. Appreciation kitna hoga, that's the question.
