Sector 29 Noida: Is it worth the premium?

I heard there were some issues with waterlogging during the monsoon in certain pockets of Sector 29. Anyone know anything about that?

I lived in Sector 29 for 5 years. Traffic is bad, yes, but connectivity is excellent. Metro is close, malls are nearby. Depends on your priorities, I guess.
