Guys, I'm based in Dubai and thinking of investing in Sector 29. Everyone glorifies it, but what's the real deal? Heard about waterlogging during monsoon – sahi hai kya? Also, resale market mein kitna premium milta hai? Can't visit for site inspection, so really need your honest opinions. Investment potential in 3-5 years? Which one is better sector 29 or some other sector? Will need a property manager, so any recommendations? Change my mind!
