Sector 29, Noida mein property dekh raha hu. Location toh sahi hai, central hai, but prices are crazy high. Is it really worth it? Investment potential kya hai in the next 3-5 years? I've seen some appreciation, but is it sustainable? Or is it just hype? Has anyone actually lived there long term? Kya kisi ko pata hai about the resale market? Easy to sell hai ya mushkil? Also, how's the water supply situation? Municipal water reliable hai ya tanker pe depend karna padega? Honestly not sure if I should invest here or look elsewhere. Any real experiences would be helpful.

I'm also considering Sector 44. It's close by, but the prices are slightly lower. Any thoughts?
Did you end up buying in Sector 29 or somewhere else?
The new metro line extension will definitely impact property prices in the long run. Keep that in mind.
Don't forget to factor in the maintenance charges. They can be quite high in Sector 29. And parking can be a nightmare.
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Maintenance charges are a black hole.
Personally, I think Sector 29 is losing its charm. Too congested, too expensive, and the infrastructure is struggling to keep up. There are better options in Noida now.
Think about the metro connectivity too. Sector 29 is well-connected, which is a big plus.
Bhai, check the builder's RERA registration number before you invest anywhere. Don't just go by the fancy brochures.
I bought a flat in Sector 29 in 2018. Possession was delayed by 2 years! Builder ne bahut rulaya. Finally got it last year. Location is good, but the stress was not worth it. Check their track record carefully.
Which builder are you talking about, U10? Name and shame, yaar. We need to know!
U11, I don't want to get into legal trouble. But let's just say their name starts with an 'A' and they have multiple delayed projects in Noida.
U11, Google karo bhai. 'Delayed projects Noida'. You'll find plenty of information.
Kya rate chal raha hai Sector 29 mein these days? Per sq ft?
U15, Depends on the project and the floor, but expect around 12k-15k per sq ft. Maybe even higher for premium apartments.
U4, Depends on your usage, but easily 2-3k per month. Sometimes even more if it's a dry spell. It's a pain, honestly.
2-3k per month? That's crazy! I thought Sector 29 was supposed to be posh. Tanker mafia active hai kya?
U5, Posh hone se kya hota hai? Noida is Noida, bhai. Water problem is everywhere. And yes, tanker mafia is definitely a thing.
I invested in a commercial property in Sector 29 five years ago. ROI is good, but rental yields are stagnant. Residential might be different. Consider the circle rates also. They are quite high.
Sector 29 is definitely prime, bhai. But yeah, prices are insane. Dekho, location toh killer hai - close to everything. Investment potential? Depends on the property and the builder. Risky bhi ho sakta hai.
Overrated, I think. Paying a premium just for the 'central' location. You can get more space and better amenities in other sectors for the same price. Think about it.
I've been living in Sector 29 for 10 years. It's convenient, no doubt. But water supply is a HUGE issue. We rely heavily on tankers, especially in the summer. Municipal water is unreliable. Resale is generally easy, but expect negotiation. Brokers are always sniffing around.
U3, tanker ka kitna kharcha aata hai per month, roughly? I'm trying to factor that into my budget.
