Sector 3 Noida Extension – overrated or am I missing something?

Okay I'll say what no one says: Sector 3, Noida Extension, feels kinda...meh? Everyone talks about investment potential, but waterlogging during monsoon is a real issue. And the stray dog situation! Seriously, kitne kutte hain yaar? Is the ROI worth the headache? Change my mind.
