Soch raha hoon Sector 3 Noida mein shift karne ka. Kya aap logon ko pata hai is area ke baare mein? I've heard it's quite central. Connectivity kaisi hai? Metro station toh nazdeek hai kya? Mujhe mainly ye jaanna hai ki living standards kaise hain. Has anyone actually lived there? Sector 3 mein rehne ke kya pros and cons hain? I'm especially concerned about safety and security. Crime rate wagarah ka kuch idea hai kisi ko? Aur amenities kaise hain? Schools and hospitals toh nearby hone chahiye. What about parks and recreational facilities? Family ke saath shift karna hai, so these things matter a lot. Property prices bhi thode high sunne mein aa rahe hain. Do you think it's a good time to buy in Sector 3, or should I wait?
