Sector 30 mein resale flat prices are inflated, I think. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya, fed up of renting. Finally taking the plunge. Anyone bought resale recently? Kitna negotiate kiya? Is it easy to sell later if needed? EMI vs rent math is killing me! Koi tips? Hope this helps someone.
