Sector 30's 'peaceful' image is kinda misleading tbh.

₹85 lakh for a 2BHK in Sector 30? I'm seriously questioning this. Everyone says it's peaceful, but I visited during peak hours last week... traffic was crazy near the main road. And finding parking near the market? Forget about it! My parents keep saying 'acha area hai', but honestly, ab samajh nahi aa raha. Also, the water supply situation is a big concern. I heard from someone that they rely heavily on tankers during summers. Is that true? Is it worth paying so much if basic amenities aren't even reliable? Has anyone else faced this? I'm so confused, should I look elsewhere? My budget is tight, so I need to be sure.
