Hey everyone, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 31, Noida. What are your experiences living there? Is it really as peaceful as people say? I'm mainly looking at builder floors. Property prices seem a bit high; do you think they'll appreciate much further? What's the rental yield like these days? Also, how's the connectivity? Is it easy to get to the metro? What about schools and hospitals nearby? Which ones would you recommend? Kya kisi ko pata hai about future development plans in the sector? Any advice would be great! Not sure if it's the right move. Thanks!
