Sector 31 RWA: What's your take on maintenance charges?

My property in Sector 31, Noida Extension, RWA se tang aa gaya hoon. They just hiked maintenance charges by 30% for our independent floor. Transparency zero, aur kaam ki quality bekar hai. Last year bhi same issue. Is this common in Sector 31? What are others doing about these high costs?
