Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 32, Noida. What's your take on the investment potential there? Kya rates abhi high hain ya sahi time hai? Also, how's the connectivity? Metro station toh paas mein hai, but what about road traffic? And safe bhi hai kya area? Mujhe advice chahiye. Has anyone invested there recently? Which one would you recommend?

Water supply is generally decent, but there can be occasional shortages during the summer months. Power outages are relatively rare.

Sector 32 is a decent option considering its proximity to the metro and commercial hubs. Rates are a bit high compared to pre-pandemic, but still have growth potential. Road traffic can be a pain during peak hours.
I agree with U2. Connectivity is a major plus point. Safety-wise, it's generally considered safe, but always good to be cautious.
