Hey everyone, I'm thinking about investing in a commercial property in Sector 32, Noida. What do you think about the investment potential there? I've heard it's a good location because of the metro connectivity. Has anyone experienced good ROI in that area? Also, how is the safety and security situation in Sector 32, especially at night? Are there any gated communities or active police presence? I'm a bit concerned about that aspect. Which is better for commercial investment, Sector 32 or Sector 16? Mujhe advice chahiye!
