Sector 32 property prices are just a bait-and-switch

₹85 lakh for a 3BHK in Sector 32? My 2BHK taught hidden costs crush budgets – PLC, club fees, maintenance. Is this price jump justified? Others finding misleading final costs?

Totally feel you on this! Yeh builder log ka strategy hi hai. 85 lakh sunke lagta hai 'wow, affordable 3BHK!' but then jab final figure aata hai, it's always 1.10 Cr+ with all the hidden charges. Sector 32 mein toh especially, location ka premium alag se maarte hain.
