Sector 32 residents: RWA charges and parking issues?
Even after years in real estate, buying my own flat in Greater Noida's Sector 32 has been an eye-opener. I thought I knew all the tricks builders play, but the RWA charges here are something else entirely. They quoted one amount during booking, but after possession, it's like 30% higher, and for what? The common areas aren't even maintained properly. My super area vs. carpet area games were child's play compared to this. Honestly, I'm frustrated. And don't even get me started on parking. The brochure showed ample space, but finding a spot after 8 PM is a daily battle. I'm seeing cars double-parked everywhere, it's a mess. Is this just my project, or is Sector 32 generally like this? What did others do about these RWA issues or the parking nightmare?
