Sector 33 Noida buyers – what's the real story?

Been renting for ages, fed up of landlords raising rent again. Finally taking the plunge, looking at Sector 33. Everyone glorifies the metro connectivity, but nobody talks about the last mile. Is it autos only? Also, are the property prices justified? Honestly not sure I see the value. It's kinda old already, right? Disagree? Tell me why. Change my mind.
