Sector 33 Noida: Peaceful living or stray dog central?

Okay I'll be honest – I'm torn about Sector 33. I work in real estate, so I know the super area vs carpet area games, but living here is different. I'm seeing mixed reviews. Some say it's super peaceful, good for families. Others complain about stray dogs and garbage issues. Is it really that bad? Like, can you even walk peacefully in the evening? Also, how's the maintenance? RWA effective hai ya sirf bill bhejte hain? I'm also worried about resale value down the line. I'm thinking of buying a flat here, but these issues are holding me back.
