Sector 33 RWA drama - anyone else facing this?

Maintenance charges Sector 33 mein itne zyada kyun hain? I'm based in Dubai and can't check myself, but my tenants are complaining. They say the RWA isn't doing anything. Heard similar things from others? Paying almost 10k per month for what, exactly? Is it just my building or is this a Sector 33 problem in general? Thinking of selling, but resale value bhi toh affect hoga na? Any advice? Need a property manager ASAP.
