Sector 33A in Noida... suna hai recreational area hai. Anyone knows about future development plans nearby? I'm thinking of investing, but not sure if it's a good idea. Kya ROI milega? Sector 33 toh developed hai, but 33A... a little skeptical. Also, what's the connectivity like? Nearest metro station kaunsa hai and how far? Heard it's near a green belt. Is air quality good? Mujhe advice chahiye. Investment karna worth it hai ya nahi? What do you think? Has anyone experienced living near Sector 33A? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about future projects? Not sure if I should consider it. Any suggestions?
