Sector 33A Noida: Investment potential kya hai? Opinions?

Guys, I'm thinking of investing near Sector 33A in Noida. Since 33A is mostly green space, what's the investment potential like? Kya aap logon ko pata hai future development plans ke baare mein? I heard Sector 33 is quite developed, so 33A might benefit. What do you think about connectivity from there? Metro station dur toh nahi hai? Also, has anyone experienced any issues with waterlogging in nearby sectors? Mujhe advice chahiye regarding property appreciation in that area. Is it worth investing now, or should I wait?
