Sector 34 Noida: Good for families? Opinions?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of moving to Sector 34 in Noida. What do you think about the area for families? I've heard the connectivity is good, especially with the metro. How's the safety and security situation there? Are there good schools nearby? Also, what's your experience with the property prices and rental yields in Sector 34? Any advice would be appreciated!
