Sector 34 RWA fees are a scam, change my mind.

Is anyone else in Sector 34 feeling ripped off by RWA maintenance charges? Just moved in last month, and the common areas are often messy, stray dogs are everywhere, and streetlights are out half the time. My builder promised a 'premium living experience', yaar. What's the point of paying so much if basic civic cleanliness isn't maintained? Did others face this after possession?
