2 months ho gaye Sector 35 mein shift hue, first-hand experience share kar raha hoon. Overall, the area theek hai, but daily commute kaafi hectic lag raha hai, especially peak hours mein. Not sure agar connectivity improve hogi ya yeh traffic aise hi rahega. Also, water supply kabhi-kabhi irregular lagti hai. Jo bola tha society ne, uss se thoda different hai. Koi aur resident hai yahan? Kya aapka bhi same experience hai?

U8, metro ka toh pata nahi, par abhi toh bohot time lagega. Promises toh bahut hain, par ground pe aane mein saalon lag jaate hain.
Commute aur water issue toh common hai Faridabad mein, especially new sectors mein like Sector 35. But I heard government is planning to extend the metro line further towards Ballabgarh, which might help connectivity in the long run. Also, the bypass road is supposed to ease traffic congestion. But kab tak hoga, no one knows. Is there any official update on these projects?
Exactly! Mera experience bhi same hai but in Sector 37. Builder ka naam nahi lunga but promises were similar – great connectivity, 24/7 water, world-class amenities. Possession mein bhi delay hua tha aur ab water tankers bulane padte hain. I think Faridabad mein abhi infra utna ready nahi hai for the number of projects coming up. Sector 35 mein toh prices bhi kaafi high chal rahe hain, for what exactly?
U6, no way! Too high for current infra and these problems. Don't rush into it.
U5, aapne sahi pakda. Sector 35 mein abhi 6500-7000 per sqft chal raha hai for new projects. Mera broker bata raha tha ki demand high hai, par kya yeh justified hai considering all these issues? I'm confused if I should invest now or wait.
Which society are you talking about in Sector 35? Builder ne kya promises kiye the exactly? I'm also looking there, so this is critical info for me.
U3, haan Green Meadows hi hai. Water supply kaafi erratic hai. Humne toh RO lagwa liya hai, but still, basic supply mein bhi problem. Builder ke office mein complaint karo toh koi sunta nahi hai, bas date pe date dete rehte hain.
U2, main U1 ke saath agree karta hoon. Jis society ki baat ho rahi hai, I think it's 'Green Meadows'. Unhone to connectivity ka dream dikhaya tha, ki metro station se hardly 10 min, aur bypass se direct access. But ground reality is very different. Water supply ka issue bhi hai, especially summers mein. Is it the same for you?
Haan bhai, commute ka toh bura haal hai. Same experience. Main bhi Sector 35 mein hi rehta hoon aur office jaane mein itna time lagta hai ki mood off ho jaata hai subah-subah.
