Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Sector 35 sounds good on paper, but the safety part is always in my mind. Especially for my wife and kids. Kya actual mein safe hai raat ko ghoomna? ₹90L is a big amount, can't risk it for a long-term investment.

Totally agree with you! Raat ko nikalna is the main concern. My cousin lives in Sector 37, just next to it, and even there, after 9-10
