Sector 35 mein property rates toh sky high hai. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 44, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a villa. The prices in 35 seem inflated. Connectivity is good, I'll give it that. But is it really worth the premium over, say, Sector 50? Heard some stories about waterlogging during monsoon. Has anyone else faced this? Already have a home loan, so EMI is a big factor. Need advice!
