Sector 35 Noida: Connectivity vs. Peace - kya scene hai?

I work in real estate, but finding a place for myself is tough! Sector 35 looks decent. Metro connectivity seems good, but peak hours mein kitna time lagta hai, anyone knows? Also, how peaceful is it, really? I saw some older houses and some new builder floors. Not sure about water supply situation either. Connectivity important hai, but shanti bhi chahiye. What's more important if you were in my place? Batao yaar!
