Thinking of buying in Sector 35, Noida. What do you think about the connectivity? Metro station dur hai kya? I'm looking for a peaceful area, is it really as quiet as people say? Property rates are decent, but will they appreciate much? Has anyone experienced waterlogging issues during rains? Mujhe advice chahiye. Is it a good option for families and future investment?
