Sector 35 Noida: Is it worth buying now?

Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Sector 35 dikh raha hai sahi, but confused. Been looking at flats there. Heard mixed reviews about the water supply; is it really that bad? How often do tankers come? Also, what about safety at night? I'm a single woman, so that's a big concern. Any long-term residents can share their experiences? Rent se toh better hoga na? EMI vs rent math is killing me!
