I'm looking at Sector 35, Noida. I work in real estate toh pata hai builder kya chupate hain. Water supply is a real issue, off the record. Municipal water ka scene toh hil rahela hai. Mostly borewell and tanker dependency hai. Kisi ko pata hai kitna kharcha aata hai tanker ka per month? Is it worth buying here if you have to pay for water all the time? Also, what about power cuts? Heard they are pretty bad during summers. DG backup kitna dete hain? Honestly not sure if this area is worth the hassle, even if property prices are relatively lower. I know what builders don't tell you. Any real residents with insights? Should I look elsewhere? Hope someone has some info!

Bhai, Sector 35 mein water issue toh sach hai. I live near there, my friend has been complaining for ages. Tanker mafia is strong there. Power cuts bhi hote hain, especially peak summer mein. DG backup is usually only for common areas, not individual flats. Think twice before buying, unless you get a HUGE discount.
Totally agree with U1. Sector 35 is old Noida. Infrastructure is crumbling. Better to look at sectors closer to Expressway, like 137, 143. Thoda pricey hai, but better facilities milengi.
Water tanker ka kharcha depends on the size of your family, Upar se kitna use karte ho. My friend in Sector 50 pays around 3-4k per month. But that's a big family. Bijli ka scene bhi kharab hai. DG backup is a joke, mostly switches off after a few hours. Check the builder's reputation before you invest. RERA number check kiya?
