Sector 35 Noida residents — worth buying here?

₹70 lakh for a 2BHK in Sector 35 – is this reasonable? Honestly not sure about the prices here. My parents keep saying it's too much. The connectivity is good, metro is close. But what about water supply? Heard some areas have issues. Also, is it safe at night? I'm a single woman, so kinda important. Any residents living here can give some insights? Thanks!
