After almost six months of looking, I'm honestly shocked by Sector 35's property prices. Everyone glorifies 'established' areas, but ₹1.2 Cr for a 2BHK builder floor? My kids have moved out, so I'm selling our big house; I want something manageable with an elevator, but these prices feel like pure nostalgia. Is the premium justified just for an older, central location? Plus, the RWA charges seem super high for what you actually get – bilkul basic facilities only. I'm not sure if residents are really getting their money's worth. Are these builder floor prices totally inflated for a sector that's not exactly new-age luxury? Disagree? Tell me why.
