Sector 35 RWA is a total waste of money

I'm seriously regretting buying that flat in Sector 35. The RWA charges are insane, like ₹5000 per month for what exactly? They promise so many things, but honestly, safai bhi theek se nahi hoti. Security guards are always on their phone. I thought paying so much maintenance means I don't have to worry about basic things. Bijli chali jati hai toh generator backup bhi late shuru hota hai. Last month, there was a water supply issue for two days, and RWA didn't do anything effectively. My friend living in a cheaper society gets better services. Is anyone else facing this issue with the Sector 35 RWA? Should I complain to the authorities? What are my options here? So frustrated with this bakwas RWA.
