Sector 35 schools are overrated, change my mind.

Sector 35 mein, everyone glorifies the schools. My wife's priority is kids' school admission, but honestly, fees are insane! Are they really THAT good? Safety bhi important hai, but security seems same as other sectors. 3BHK prices are high. Disagree? Tell me why.
