Sector 35 Sohna: Real value vs. hype?

Sector 35 Sohna mein 3BHK ya villa prices ka kya scene hai, are they really justified? I'm in a 2BHK now, thinking of upgrading, but my current home loan chal raha hai. Is the investment potential for 3-5 years solid? Plus, daily commute ke liye traffic ka kya haal hai wahan?

Bhai, investment potential toh tab hoga jab connectivity sudhre. Abhi wahan ka traffic is a nightmare, especially near Badshahpur
