Visited Sector 35 last week with my wife. Kids have moved out, so we're looking to sell our big house and get a smaller, manageable 2BHK flat, maybe around 1100-1200 sqft. Honestly, the area felt quite developed, but I'm worried about some things for our age. We need good hospitals nearby for emergencies. Is the connectivity to good medical facilities like Asian Hospital or Metro Hospital reliable from Sector 35? Matlab, traffic ka kya haal hai peak hours mein? I saw some projects by Puri Constructions and Omaxe there, but also some smaller ones. Are these builders generally good in terms of society maintenance and timely service? Any hidden issues for senior citizens that I should know about? My budget is around ₹80-90L after selling our current place. Should I consider Sector 35 or look at other options like Sector 14 for better facilities? Any advice on builder reputation and actual hospital access would be great.

Puri ka track record past mein theek nahi raha hai, bhai. Mere relative ka possession 2 saal late hua tha ek project mein. Aur customer service bhi khaas nahi thi. Naye projects mein bhi delays ki khabrein aati rehti hain.

Haan, U1, U2 sahi keh raha hai. Peak hours mein 40-50 min lag jaate hain Asian tak Sector 35 se. Metro Hospital thoda close hai, but still 25-30 min. Emergency ke liye thoda risky lagta hai, especially agar ambulance ko bhi traffic mile.
Bhai, traffic toh epic hota hai! Asian tak 45 min lag jaate hain subah agar peak hour mein niklo. Main khud Sector 35 se office jaata hoon, roads congested rehte hain.
