Sector 36 Noida: Living there - worth it?

Sector 36 Noida mein rehna kaisa hai? I'm thinking of moving there. Connectivity wise, metro station se kitna door hai? Has anyone experienced traffic issues during peak hours? Aur nearby schools kaise hain? Which ones are good for kids? Property prices are rising, but do you think it's a good investment long term? Kya future mein prices aur badhenge? Mujhe advice chahiye. Is it a peaceful area to live in, or is it too crowded? What do you think? Any insights are appreciated!
