Been looking at Sector 36, Greater Noida properties for a few months now. Prices for a 2BHK seem steep, often ₹80L+. Is this justified considering current development and the Jewar airport timeline? I'm hoping for good appreciation in 5-7 years. My main worry is the resale market; can you actually offload these properties easily later? Or does it get stuck? Any advice on negotiation or things to watch out for would be super helpful. Honestly not sure if I'm overthinking it.
